MONDAY and WEDNESDAY:
TUESDAY and THURSDAY:
First time members can attend 5:30pm and 6:30pm classes with no appointment needed. Simply arrive 20 minutes early and be prepared to process your payment, waiver form and begin class on time.
First Friday XY Night
Bring a guy, make ‘em cry! Guys are welcome in this 6pm class held the FIRST FRIDAY of each month. Sign up is required as there is limited space in this coed class. Contact Ann Marie to register at 962-9960.
Saturday Open Gym & Sparring
Scheduled open gym and sparring will vary and will be posted in advance. A workout will be posted in the gym for attendees to follow on their own, or they can do any exercises they choose. Sparring will be optional and open to those that have demonstrated an ability to safely perform the skills required and follow coaches instructions. Hours will be 10am to Noon on scheduled Saturdays.
Teen Birthday Party Classes
Hold a sports and fitness themed birthday party for your teen! Up to 20 girlfriends can attend. Class is structured to be fun AND teach the girls basic boxing skills. Rates are affordable. Contact Ann Marie for more details and to plan your teens celebration. This is the perfect addition to a sweet sixteen party for the athletic, health minded teenager!
