It’s easy to skip one workout. It’s even easier to skip them all.
This shit isn’t supposed to be easy, ladies. It’s supposed to be hard, that way when you see the results, your efforts are rewarded more than any nap on the sofa, extra scoop of ice cream or John Hughes movie marathon on cable could ever offer.
Don’t let the holidays derail your diet or fitness regime. Don’t let the weather distract you. Don’t let another year go by where you say “next year I’ll get to the gym more.” Don’t stop now – you’re doing great!
