Diet Challenge for May

This month, I’m challenging you to drink a gallon of water every day. Simple as that. Why?

Keeping hydrated will help you lose weight:

  • Curbs your appetite.
  • Makes you feel full
  • Has zero calories
  • Boosts metabolism
  • Flushes out the by-products of fat breakdown
  • Regulates body temp for improved workout performance
  • Helps improve digestion

I’ll be toting around my giant gallon jug to see if I can do it as well. Drink up girls and let us know how you’re doing!
