You’ve all be waiting patiently and it’s finally here! Starting Monday, February 3rd we’ll get back to doing 2 workouts a day, Monday through Thursday. We’ve changed the starts times slightly, so please take note.
Mondays and Wednesday: 5:30pm & 6:45pm
Tuesday and Thursdays: 9am & 6:30pm
We will also be adding in some Saturday sessions from 10am to Noon, however the dates will vary. We’ll post the dates in advance here on the blog so make sure you’ve subscribed to this blog. Saturday sessions will be an open gym, come in any time and do a self-guided workout. We’ll post one for you to follow or do you own thing. We’ll also have sparring for anyone interested who has also demonstrated the basic skills needed.
