Workout of the Week, aka #BBWOW: Ubica

Our workout of the week is called “Ubica”. What? Yeah, that means “Killer” in Bosnian in honor of Tea’s last day before her big trip to Bosnia. Crazy hard but crazy effective! Bon Voyage and Bunny ❤ to Tea!

Chair pose jumps: Lower down into chair pose with arms over head then jump up, landing back down softly. If it's too intense, just raise and lower into the pose.

Push off push up 1: Lower down into a push up.

Push off push up 2: push off the ground as hard as you can and land softly, returning to the lowered push up position.

Superman Fly: Sweep hands from over head to behind you. For a challenge add a 2 lb weight and transfer it from hand to hand.

Predator Jacks 2: jump out to a wide squat.

Predator Jacks 3: lunge slightly to the left.

Predator Jacks 4: lunge slightly to the right then jump back to the starting position.

Single Leg Dead Lift: Do only the right leg for the first set then switch to the left leg for the second set. Slow and balanced, use your core strength!
