TOFU
Asian Tofu Romaine Tacos

Here’s a quick recipe of mine that’s healthy and delicious!Marinate cubes of firm tofu in an Asian sauce or marinade of your choice (such as soy sauce, teriyaki or ginger sesame), adding in some hot sauce if you like heat. Set aside while sautéing diced vegetables (any combo you like, such as red onion, peppers, celery, mushroom and/or even sweet potatoes). To cut down on oil, use less oil and add vegetable stock to the pan. Add in the tofu at the end, cooking for a few more minutes. Separately prepare brown rice or quinoa. Scoop the rice/quinoa and the sautéed mixture into full leaves of romaine lettuce and drizzle the remaining marinade on top. Eat it like a messy taco! Yum!

FLY OVER PUSH UPS

Do a push up, either on toes or knees. At the top raise one arm up and roll your torso to one side, moving into a side plank. Return to start and repeat. Complete 3 sets of 10 reps each to help strengthen your core and increase your balance and stability.
