Hangover Helper: Our Weekend Beach Workout
This great workout is the best way to sweat out the alcohol and undo the damage from Friday night. Even if you’re a tea totaler, you’ll love this fun in the sun workout on the beach. Core strengthening is emphasized and everyone, at every level of fitness, can do this! Guys are welcome to join us. Bring a beach towel and water. This is a barefoot workout. Weather permitting! Minimum 4 participants required. $10 for non-members.

DATE NIGHT BOXING: Coed boxing fitness class
Date Night is our fun and challenging one hour coed boxing fitness class. You’ll get to hit the heavy bags, punch mitts and maybe even your significant other! Beginners are welcome – we’ll show you the ropes. Minimum 4 participants required. $10 for non-members. Newbies show up 20 minutes early. Handwraps required (available for $5).
