Take a quick scroll through Boxing Bunnies Facebook page and you’ll find our Workout of the Week (#bbwow) posted every Tuesday. It’s a great way to get a workout at home, while you’re traveling or any time you’re not able to get to the gym. Usually they only require your own body weight and a whole lotta energy! For this week’s workout you’ll need some weights, but we know you can find something wherever you are.
