BOXING CLASSES    effective June 1, 2016

5:30pm & 6:45pm


Class times announced on facebook & our blog. Spring, Summer & Fall = Beach Abs Bootcamp. Winter = Date Night Coed Boxing Class

SPECIAL NOTICE: Class schedule is subject change without notice.

First time members are REQUIRED to call 962 – 9960 to SCHEDULE your ORIENTATION SESSION before your first class. Limited space availability. You’ll need to arrive 20 minutes early and be prepared to process your payment, waiver form, learn how to use hand wraps and begin class on time.

An intense but fun core workout in the sand. Anyone 14 and up is welcome, that includes the guys. This 45 to 60 minute workout is held usually Saturday. Times vary based on tide and weather. Sign up is required (call or check our facebook events). Bring a beach towel and water. This class is offered primarily in the warmer months.

Bring your significant other, friend or family member for a great partner boxing workout. Saturdays at 5pm primarily in winter months. Sign up is required as there is limited space. Contact Ann Marie to register at 962 – 9960.

Birthday Party Classes
Hold a sports and fitness themed birthday party for your teen (or sassy adult)! Up to 20 girlfriends can attend. Class is structured to be fun AND teach the girls basic boxing skills. Rates are affordable. Contact Ann Marie for more details and to plan your celebration. This is the perfect addition to a sweet sixteen party for the athletic, health minded teenager!
