Active members join our private facebook group to keep up with schedule changes or subscribe to our blog by clicking the link in the right column or at the bottom of the page on your smartphone.   

MONDAY and WEDNESDAY:
5:30pm & 6:45pm

TUESDAY and THURSDAY:
6:30pm

SATURDAY MORNINGS:
We alternate beach classes and boxing classes. Go to your facebook events page and look for our publicly posted events to check the time and location. Typically 9am or 10am.

Aug 20: Beach abs, 8am
Aug 27: Boxing class, 10am
Sept 3: No class, Labor day weekend
Sept 10: Beach abs, 9am
Sept 17: Boxing class, 10am
Sept 24: Beach abs, 9am

First time members are REQUIRED to call 962 – 9960 to SCHEDULE an ORIENTATION SESSION before your first class. Space is limited.

BEACH ABS BOOTCAMP
An intense but fun core workout in the sand. Anyone 14 and up is welcome, that includes the guys. This 45 to 60 minute workout is held usually Saturday mornings based on low tide times. Sign up is required (call or check our facebook events). Bring a beach towel and water. This class is offered primarily in the warmer months.

Birthday Party Classes
Hold a sports and fitness themed birthday party for your teen (or sassy adult)! Up to 20 girlfriends can attend. Class is structured to be fun AND teach the girls basic boxing skills. Rates are affordable. Contact Ann Marie for more details and to plan your celebration. This is the perfect addition to a sweet sixteen party for the athletic, health minded teenager!

Happening In the Gym

The upcoming workout of the week will get all you Bunnies hoppin! Jump rope is a huge part of a boxers training. No more whining about how bad you are at it, just go for it and do your best! #bbwow We suffer.
